Month Theme: Holy Ghost

Topic: Revelation of the Deity of the Holy Ghost

Scripture Reading: Acts 17:20-25

Main Text:
Acts 17:23
23 For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you.

We must know and experience the Holy Ghost as God. The Athenians worshipped the God they did not know and ended up in idolatry (Acts 17:22-25). Many believers don’t deal with the Holy Ghost according to the revelation that He is God. This revelation will release unimaginable power in the Body of Christ.

God’s promise to pour out His Spirit upon all flesh is one of the most significant blessings to humankind. It happened on the day of Pentecost but several prophets of the Old Testament prophesied it before it happened. Joel prophesied that God would pour out His Spirit upon all flesh. His OMNIPRESENCE, OMNIPOTENCE and OMNISCIENCE are manifested in His ability to fall upon “all flesh” and empower them to prophesy and dream.

Believers must receive the fulfilment of Joel’s prophecy in this time of unprecedented explosions of the power of God (Joel 2:28-32).

Prayer: Pray that the Holy Ghost will give you a deeper revelation of Himself.
