Month Theme: Explode
Topic: Such as I Have
Scripture Reading: Acts 3:1-10
Main Text:
Acts 3:6
6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.
The apostle Peter demonstrated the explosive power of God by healing a crippled man at the Beautiful gate of the Temple (Acts 3:6-8). “Such as I have give I thee”. Men and women of God should be assertive about what they have. The apostle Peter knew he had received the promised power of the Holy Ghost (Acts 1:8).
What Peter had was dunamis – might, miraculous power and strength. He had the revelation of the power he had and released it to the crippled man who rose up and walked. Peter knew what he had, so others believed in his gift and received it.
• People brought the sick to Peter in Jerusalem (Acts 5:15-16). They believed he could heal them.
• The believers in Joppa refused to bury Dorcas (Acts 9:36-41). They believed he had what it took to raise her from the dead.
You have the power to lift people up (Job 22:29). Do not doubt what you have (Mark 11:22-24). The world awaits your manifestation.
Prayer: Pray for a revelation of what you have, and that it will be a blessing to many.
